Welcome to Cottage On Dickson. We want every guest to feel relaxed, comfortable and completely at home during their stay.
 

To help us maintain the Cottage's beautiful presentation and ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask guests to respect the following house rules.
 

Our House Rules

• Maximum occupancy of 4 guests.

• Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the Cottage.

• Parties and events are not permitted.

• Quiet hours are between 10.00 pm and 7.00 am.

• Check-in is from 3.00 pm and check-out is by 10.00 am.
   

Our Pet-Friendly Policy 🐾

We understand that pets are part of the family and are delighted to welcome well-behaved dogs to Cottage On Dickson, subject to prior approval and at no additional charge.
 

We simply ask that:

• A maximum of one dog is permitted, with requests for a second dog considered individually.

• Dogs remain off beds and upholstered furniture to help protect our beautiful furnishings and linen.

• Guests bring their dog's own bedding.

• Dogs are appropriately supervised and any pet waste is cleaned up before departure.

• Guests are responsible for reasonable, documented costs arising from damage caused by their pets or additional cleaning required beyond our normal cleaning arrangements, excluding fair wear and tear. Any charges will be handled in accordance with the booking platform's policies and applicable law.
